ALOE STUDIO

Aloe Studio is a private, appointment-only studio in Humble, run by founder and owner Melissa Jaramillo. Each guest has one chair, and appointments are not rushed. Many clients travel to the studio from outside Houston.

The studio was founded on natural and sustainable products, methods, and principles. It describes itself as a natural and holistic salon and uses clean, vegan, natural, and eco-friendly products.

The work centers on blonding, balayage, and hair extensions. Services include full and partial balayage or highlights, a reparative Hair Botox treatment, and color correction for brassy or damaged blonde from other salons, which may take more than one appointment. The studio describes the Sun Soft Premium Signature Collection as its most requested transformations, with bright and multi-dimensional balayage and custom extensions.

Visits open with sparkling water over lime, a welcome packet, and a heated blanket for each guest. Cappuccinos can be requested, and guests can arrange snacks, charcuterie, or drinks ahead of their appointment. Wifi is offered, blankets are on hand, and there are tables for laptops. Once a service is finished, the client receives a home care plan listing daily and weekly steps, plus product suggestions.

Clients can book online, through the website inquiry form, or by call or text. Slots fill quickly, so the studio encourages prebooking the next visit. Color and cut adjustments may be requested within 7 days of an appointment, and no refunds are offered. Exact replicas of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed, and results may take multiple appointments. Animals, babies, and small children need prior permission, and white shoes are not permitted. Street parking is near the studio, with two public lots nearby; the city-owned gated lot is open dusk to dawn and locked nightly, and the lot next to it is open 24/7.
