The suite is on the first floor. Clients enter through the front door, find the waiting area on the left past the entrance, and reach the studio at the end of the hallway. If the front door is locked, clients can buzz Suite 9. Street parking is metered on Langley Road, Braeland Avenue and Chase Street, and the Center parking lot is also nearby. Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square booking page.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11am to 5pm, Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Color is a major part of the menu. Balayage is hand-painted freehand to create a soft gradient of lightness toward the ends. Partial balayage covers only the front and part area, while full foil covers the whole head, including the underside of the hair. Partial foil covers the top sections and can be booked between full foil appointments. Single process color is applied to the regrowth for gray coverage, and gloss and toner can neutralize brassiness on lightened hair, add richness and help camouflage gray. Extensions are machine-weft tape-ins or sew-ins that add thickness or length; the price is per row and does not include the hair, which is quoted on request.
