The clinic occupies a suite at 5100 N 99th Ave in Glendale and keeps weekday hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Patients travel in from Buckeye, Verrado, Tolleson, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Peoria, Phoenix and Glendale, as well as surrounding communities.

Hormone care covers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and the program may include pellet therapy when it is appropriate. For women, the care addresses symptoms associated with perimenopause or menopause; for men, it addresses symptoms such as low libido and reduced energy. A complimentary virtual hormone consultation is offered as a starting point, though laboratory testing and certain treatment visits require in-person care.

Medical weight loss includes GLP-1 medication options, such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, when they are clinically appropriate. Programs include a health and weight assessment, laboratory testing when medically indicated, nutrition guidance, regular follow-ups and support with side effects and plateaus. A complimentary virtual weight loss consultation is available, and plans can be medical or non-medical and may include peptide therapy, wellness injections and nutrition support. Completing the weight loss screening questionnaire does not guarantee treatment or medication eligibility.

The aesthetic menu includes Botox (Antiwrinkle) and hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators, PRP and PRF injections, a PRP Vampiro microneedling facial, microneedling with or without hyaluronic acid, and VI Peel chemical peels. Biostimulators require a consultation to determine whether a patient is a candidate. Sculptra is sometimes suggested for volume loss tied to aging, sunken areas of the face, or volume changes after weight loss, and it is usually delivered over a series of treatments.

Membership plans and prepaid Tox Bank packages are available for regular injectable clients. Financing is available through Cherry, with 0% APR plans and interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99% APR, and the clinic accepts the CareCredit card for health, wellness and beauty treatments.
