All services are administered by licensed medical professionals under licensed medical supervision. Clients who are pregnant, nursing or living with a medical condition are asked to tell the team before booking, and a consultation or medical evaluation is required before joining a wellness program, receiving a wellness injection or starting a first IV session.

IV infusions can be given at the clinic or delivered as a mobile service to a home, hotel or office. Most take about 45 minutes, while NAD+ infusions may run from one to four hours depending on dose and how a person tolerates them. Up to three IV Enhancers, such as glutathione, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C or Toradol, can be added to a single infusion, each for $30, with the NAD+ enhancer at $65 per injection or $250 per month.

Aesthetic work includes SkinPen microneedling, microneedling with PRP, Botox, Xeomin and dermal fillers used in the lips, cheeks and under-eye areas. Most aesthetic patients return to normal activities the same day, and any minor redness or swelling typically settles within a few hours. Botox results typically last three to four months and fillers 12 months to two years. The clinic states that results vary and that no medical outcomes are guaranteed.

Wellness programs include medical weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide, IV ketamine infusion therapy, hormone replacement therapy and NAD+ therapy. Ketamine sessions typically last 45 to 90 minutes and are available by prescription after a licensed provider's evaluation, and prescription treatments are not sold online. Major credit cards are accepted, and package options and financing are available on inquiry.
