The studio aims to make each appointment feel refined and unhurried, and it describes its treatments as calm and intentional. Facials are tailored to each client's skin and use products the studio describes as clean and high-performance.

Facial options range from a 30-minute Essential facial and a 45-minute Express Dermaplane, which removes dead skin and peach fuzz, to a one-hour Signature facial that may include dermaplaning and LED therapy. A 45-minute customized back facial is designed to address acne, congestion, and texture. Brow services include detailed brow mapping and shaping, semi-permanent brow tinting, and a combined brow lamination package. The studio's Korean Lash Lift lifts and curls natural lashes from the root and lasts up to six weeks; the studio calls it its best-selling treatment. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini areas, and back.

Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. A credit card is kept on file to hold appointments, and a confirmation is sent after booking. Parking is available, and treatments are open to men as well as women. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should let the studio know ahead of time so treatments can be adjusted.
