Each appointment happens in a private studio with only one client present. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered in the suite. Appointments are booked through the studio's online scheduling page, where a valid credit card must be saved to the client profile to hold a time. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments can also be booked for someone else if their contact details are provided.
The studio waxes with a premium hypoallergenic hard wax that grips the hair rather than the skin. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before the service, roughly the length of a grain of rice. A typical Brazilian appointment runs about 15 to 30 minutes, and results usually last three to four weeks. Surfaces are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants between clients, and single-use disposables are used throughout. The studio describes its hygiene protocols as medical-grade.
Regular clients can choose membership options or bulk packages for ongoing maintenance, and gift certificates and wax passes are listed on the booking page. Current offers include a discount for a friend referred by a client and a discount on the next visit for clients who leave a review. Brazilian waxing is limited to clients 17 and older and is offered for women only, while men can book services such as back, chest, shoulders, nose, ears, and eyebrows. Services for minors require written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and a guardian may need to be present. The studio is open Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
