Lash extensions are offered in a wide range of colors, styles, shapes and thicknesses, from natural-looking to glamorous, and are made of synthetic or mink strands. The styles run from Natural Essential through Natural Premium, Natural Real Mink, Dramatic Premium, Dramatic Mascara, Dramatic 2D and Dramatic Volume. Before a session, a technician talks with the client about fullness, length, curl and the look wanted, then chooses length, thickness and curvature to suit the client's natural lashes and eye shape. A first full-set session takes about 75 minutes, including the consultation. Volume lash sessions are booked as two-hour appointments.

Appointments are required, and walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a technician. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 3:30pm. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep a full set looking full, and clients who had extensions applied elsewhere need a full removal and a new full-set session before refills can be done here.

An at-home lash call service is available by appointment, with technicians travelling to most Manhattan neighborhoods. The lash call fee is added to the menu price, and the amount is available on request. The salon describes this service as certified, insured and reliable.

Clients are asked to arrive with no eye makeup and clean lashes, having used an oil-free cleanser beforehand. Natural lashes shed every 45 to 60 days, and steam, heat or rubbing can shorten how long extensions last. Contact lens wearers may keep lenses in, but should remove them before a session if they usually take them out for a nap. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice given by phone; text and email cancellations are not accepted. A 50% fee applies to late-notice cancellations and no-shows, and clients more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, but not checks, and a 20% gratuity is recommended on the full pre-discount cost, preferably in cash.

Extensions are applied one at a time to each natural lash, about 1mm from the eyelid rather than on the skin. The salon says it chooses products and techniques with client safety in mind, and it says the application is painless and safe.
