It presents post-op care as a core focus and says it was the first in Memphis to offer non-invasive body contouring; it also describes itself as rated number one in the city for post-op care, which is the business's own claim. Its ideal clients have light to moderate stubborn fat under the arms, on the back, around the abdomen, at the love handles, on the inner and outer thighs, or on the buttocks.

Body contouring includes radio frequency skin tightening, ultrasonic cavitation and buttocks enhancement, along with cellulite treatment. Clients are asked to drink at least 2 liters of water within 48 hours before and after radio frequency or cavitation sessions, to avoid eating for 2 hours before and after, and to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 48 hours on either side. Buttocks enhancement clients are asked to wear thong-style underwear, remove jewelry, and skip oils or lotions on the treated areas. Other offerings include V-Steam, teeth whitening, a sauna detox treatment (guests bring an extra set of underclothes), and IV hydration, which can be customized with additives such as vitamin B, magnesium, sulfates or calcium.

The injectables menu covers Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra (Liquid BBL), and wellness and weight loss injections, including weight loss shots using semaglutide or tirzepatide. Dermal filler results are visible right away, with full results by up to two weeks, and fillers last between 8 months and 2 years depending on the product and area. Botox and Dysport results begin within 24 to 72 hours, reach their full effect around two weeks, and last 3 to 6 months for moderate to severe frown lines.

Appointments are held with a non-refundable security deposit that counts toward the day's treatment, and deposits cannot be paid with gift cards or prepaid cards. Arriving 10 minutes late incurs a $25 rescheduling fee, clients may reschedule twice before a new deposit is required, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Changes are made through the appointment confirmation email. No refunds or returns are offered on services or products, and a 3.0% processing fee applies to card and invoice payments, while cash avoids it. Prices are described as affordable but may change without notice. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR with approvals up to $30,000; according to Cherry's payment page, these involve no hard credit checks.

Body contouring is presented as non-invasive body shaping for stubborn fat areas rather than a weight loss method. Radio frequency and ultrasonic cavitation sessions are generally spaced 2 to 3 days apart, and the studio recommends a minimum of 3 to 15 sessions per area, or until desired results.
