The menu is organized into add-ons, brows, lashes and makeup. The flagship is the Signature Brow Sculpt, a shape and tint built on a custom map. The studio describes its brow lamination and tint as its most photographed pairing. Brow lamination is kept natural in style, so there is no extreme upward brushing and brow hairs are not trimmed. Lash lifts are sized to each client's natural lash length, and lash tints can be custom black or brown-black. Lash lift results are described as lasting four to eight weeks, with lashes kept dry and product-free for the first 24 hours.

Makeup sessions open with a one-on-one consultation, where skin is prepared to suit the client and daily skincare suggestions are offered. Bridal trials include a short skin consultation first. Stylists can travel to weddings, commercial photo shoots and other special events, and bridal makeup is also done at the studio. Anyone using retinol, benzoyl peroxide or other exfoliating acids is asked to stop them three days before and three days after a brow lamination appointment.

Standard services are booked directly through Square and are secured at the time of booking. Bridal and large event work is requested through the contact form, and a non-refundable deposit holds the date and is credited toward the final invoice. The studio asks for 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service rate. According to the studio, inquiries are answered within two business hours.

Skin health comes first: formulas are chosen for how they sit on the skin afterward, with sensitive-skin protocols available. Each service is fitted to the client's own features, with brows mapped to bone structure, lashes lifted to their natural curl and makeup built around facial structure.
