Services are given in a private booth rather than on an open salon floor. Every appointment starts with hair prep and scalp care. Shampoo and blow dry is included at no extra charge with braids, weaves, wigs, natural hair, and crochet and twist services. The business is run by an owner and manager who oversees day-to-day operations and the brand's direction.
The braid menu is the largest part of the list. It covers cornrows in several counts, feed-in braids, box braids, knotless braids (small, medium and large, with boho versions), tribal braids and tree braids, which combine natural hair with synthetic or human hair extensions. Designer cornrows can include zig-zag parts, heart designs, stitch braids or freestyle patterns. Basic straight back cornrows run from 2 to 8, with each additional cornrow at $10. Six feed-in braids are listed at $140, with $20 for each additional braid.
Beyond braids, the salon offers quick weaves, wig installs, sew-ins, closure sew-ins and frontal sew-ins, along with wig maintenance. Crochet styles include crochet braids, crochet locs, passion twists, butterfly locs and faux locs. Loc services range from loc repair and detox to retwists, retwist with style and starter locs. Natural hair clients can book a deep conditioning treatment or a silk press, with or without a trim. Quick styles include ponytails, braided ponytails and half up half down styles. Length add-ons are available, with bra strap length and mid back at no charge, waist length at $40, butt length at $60 and thigh length at $80.
Booking is simple. No deposit is needed to reserve a time. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled so the slot can go to another client, and a deposit may be required for future bookings after repeated late arrivals or last-minute cancellations. Accepted payments are American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Free parking, a snack bar, TV and WiFi are available. The salon is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and staff speak English, French, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
Each visit begins with hair prep and scalp care, and the salon treats shampoo and blow dry as part of most services rather than an add-on fee.
