The spa's philosophy is that organic ingredients paired with current technology can give healthy-looking skin, and that non-invasive treatments are the preferred route for clients who want to keep their look over the long term. Facials use organic skincare products. The spa says its equipment is never old, used or outdated, and that it follows the latest advanced aesthetic services.

Several treatments anchor the menu. The Mermaid Facial combines PDRN from salmon DNA, PLLA, peptides and exosomes, applied with microneedling to the face, neck and decolletage; the spa suggests a series of three, done once per quarter, and notes that skin can be pink and tender for a day or two afterward. The Oxygen Hydrating Treatment, which uses an oxygen concentrator with aromatherapy, hyaluronic acid, a vitamin C glow peel and red LED, is described by the spa as its longest-running facial. Hydro-Pen microneedling is offered in three levels, and the Summer Glow Treatment Facial is a seasonal facial offered April through September. The Hydro-Pen levels include skin boosters, and Level 2 adds a BB Glow treatment, a semi-permanent makeup procedure typically done over two to three sessions.

Permanent makeup, including microblading brows, ombre brows, powdered brows, eyeliner and lip blushing, is a significant part of the spa's work, and a complimentary consultation is offered before booking. Brows are customized in color, shape and technique for each client. Clients receive numbing with a medical-grade topical ointment before permanent makeup begins. Touch-up and maintenance appointments are priced by timing, and the spa's own pricing notes explain which touch-ups need a follow-up appointment.

Appointments are booked by calling or texting the direct scheduling line, which is open seven days a week. Existing clients who text are booked directly and receive confirmation by text and email. New clients are contacted in advance to gather information before an appointment is set. The website contact form and email are for inquiries only. The owner does not take calls during the day while seeing patients, though messages can be left with reception or sent by email, and patients can text the scheduling line after hours with questions about a treatment. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday 12 PM to 4 PM by appointment only; the spa is closed Sundays and Mondays.
