Each visit is planned around the client's hair, goals and day-to-day routine. Loc maintenance is priced by length and by children's or adult care, with prices rising for loc size, density and regrowth. Crown Reset packages combine loc maintenance with a scalp refresh and a crown oil, and newcomers can start traditional locs in a two-hour session that includes a moisturizing shampoo and an initial deep conditioning treatment.

Beyond locs, the menu covers tip, root, highlight and full-head color, cornrows for under wig wear, twists, rod sets, two French braids, wash-only visits and trims. Treatments include an apple cider vinegar detox wash, steam conditioning and hot oil conditioning, and beard steam is offered for beard care.

The salon sells its own oils: a 4 oz and an 8 oz Multi-Blend Hair Oil and a 3 oz beard oil. They are made in small batches from olive and castor oil formulas and aged slowly. Shampoos and conditioners used on clients are paraben-free and sulfate-free, and the gel is water-based. Apparel and merchandise are made to order and shipped through Printful.

Appointments are limited and booked through an online scheduling app, and shop payments run through QuickBooks. Listed hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 7 to 5.
