The Scalp First System is a 90-day program combining in-salon treatments with an at-home routine. The Advanced Hair Restoration System is a 90-day clinical-based system that includes in-salon derma rolling, high frequency therapy and a customized at-home regimen. Hair loss, thinning, shedding and growth concerns are directed to a clinical assessment rather than the standard new client consultation. Medical wig consultations cover scalp review, options and an insurance coverage check, though coverage varies by provider and clients verify their own benefits.
A card on file is required to book and is charged only if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations or no-shows carry a 20% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a cancellation or reschedule. Some services require deposits from $10 to $500, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
