Facials are not done at the studio: they are performed at the client's home in Bloomfield Hills, with the address shared once a booking is accepted. House calls are also offered, and bridal makeup can include travel for an additional charge.

The brow menu ranges from a quick tweezed shape to shaping with a wax and gel tint, hybrid dye, an airbrush-style ombre finish, and henna. Lash services include removal with a lash bath, tinting, lifts, fills scheduled at one, two or three weeks, and extension sets in classic, double, YY, volume and UV-set styles. Makeup options run from a natural look and glitter or metallic eyeshadow to Halloween and face painting, FX work, bridal and bridesmaid looks, model makeup for video, and a four-hour one-on-one beginner class with a starter kit.

Clients pay a deposit to book, which ranges from $10 to $100 depending on the service. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, though the fee may be waived for a legitimate emergency if the business is contacted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold and payments are accepted. Listed hours are Monday and Friday 10 AM to 10 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 4 PM.

Permanent makeup prices do not include the 4 to 8 week touchup. An in-person consultation costs $50, which goes toward the appointment, or $25 is refunded if the client does not book. A virtual consultation call is also offered for $25.
