Every plan begins with a free consultation in which the skin is assessed and goals are discussed before anything is committed to. Exact prices are given at that consultation, since cost depends on the treatment, the area and whether one session or a series is booked. Skincare visits start with a skin analysis. The spa describes its space as calm and serene, uses what it calls modern equipment and premium products, and has free parking in front of the building.

Injectable treatments, including Botox, are overseen by the medical director, a board-certified physician who also performs the Botox injections. The spa cites an ISAPS Global Survey to describe Botox as the most popular non-surgical cosmetic procedure in the world.

The spa is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. It serves Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, South Riding, Brambleton, Broadlands, Lansdowne, Aldie, Dulles and wider Loudoun County. Wi-Fi and card payment are available.
