The studio's work centers on restorative skin care, particularly the compromised skin barrier and skin that needs regular maintenance. There is no preset menu. Each visit starts with an in-person look and a digital and manual analysis, and the treatment, home care and plan are chosen that day based on the skin's condition, response and tolerance. Products are optional and never required, and a treatment plan carries no commitment. A medical director oversees the clinical side. When a concern is medical, such as a rash needing diagnosis, prescription-strength cystic acne or an active infection, the studio refers the client to a dermatologist.

First-time clients book a Starting Point of Care, which allows extra time for in-depth analysis. Services include Sculptural Face Lifting Massage, a facial massage that works the deeper facial muscles without injections or surgery, along with Condition Based Skin Treatment, needleless mesotherapy, growth factor and plant-based exosome treatments, and a Hair and Scalp DE|RIVE treatment for thinning hair. The Wellness Zone offers body roll sessions and zero-gravity air massage, with optional red light. Clients arrive with clean skin free of products, and they are welcome to bring their own products for review.

The studio uses a multi-modality system with LED, oxygen infusion, microcurrent, ultrasound, radiofrequency, diamond microdermabrasion and lymphatic drainage, plus a multifunction platform for when skin condition calls for it. A 3D scanner reads fine lines, pores, texture, pigmentation and redness. The studio says its sterilization goes beyond state requirements, using an autoclave it owns. It also describes its 90-minute facial as including an actives infusion, massage, mask, LED and oxygen in every session.

Restorative care built around what the skin can tolerate, rebuilding it in an order that holds. The studio calls this philosophy Method Over Noise, based on the view that skin usually responds better to the right treatment in the right sequence than to more intensity.
