Alina Nunez is the specialist behind the work. She talks through skin concerns and brow goals with each client before recommending a service. The studio's stated aim is to make hair removal feel comfortable, easy and less intimidating. Brazilian and bikini sugaring are her main focus, along with face waxing.
Services are for clients 18 and older, and a valid government photo ID may be requested to confirm age. Booking requires a valid card on file and a non-refundable deposit of $5 to $20 for each service, which applies to cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows. Cancellations or changes made 24 or more hours ahead are not charged the late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are charged half the service price, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without contacting the studio may be treated as a no-show, and repeated lateness can lead to loss of booking privileges. Payment is cashless by card or electronic payment, and cash payments may carry an additional 5% processing fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Before a sugaring visit, clients should not shave right before the appointment, and hair should be at least 1/4 inch long. Clients should stop using retinol 48 hours before certain waxing, sugaring and brow lamination services. All consent forms must be completed before the appointment, and no additional guests or partners may attend. Children are allowed when necessary, and the parent or guardian stays responsible for their behavior and safety.
