Aura Room grew out of years of hands-on skin work by Amy Salinas. The studio links skin health to the nervous system, lifestyle, gut health and sleep, and holds that skin tends to do best when the body feels settled.

Each visit begins with a conversation about skin needs and current product habits, and the session is built from that rather than a set routine. Facials run 75, 90 or 120 minutes. The 75-minute session covers cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage and barrier-supportive care and suits maintenance, a reset or a first visit. The 90-minute Deepening adds skin analysis, gentle extractions and sculpting facial massage, and the 120-minute Immersion extends the massage into full facial and upper-body work. The Foundation is a 75-minute session with customized exfoliation, focused massage and targeted treatment, listed at $220 as a starting price. Myofascial massage only, a 75-minute facial sculpting and tension-relief massage without a skin treatment, is listed at $215. Treatments are not rushed, and the studio avoids trend-driven or aggressive protocols.

The studio's acne work starts by examining what is driving the breakouts, then focuses on protecting the skin barrier and achieving gradual, lasting improvement. Each plan is shaped around the type of acne, daily habits, the products a person already uses, and how sensitive their skin is. The Acne Peel is a targeted 50-minute peel priced at $120; it may leave the skin lightly flaky afterward. The Acne Clearing Program pairs a peel with a starter kit of necessary products for $395. It involves a run of scheduled appointments, a daily home routine, and buying the recommended products, which are all from Face Reality. A virtual option covers a consultation, a look at possible triggers and lifestyle factors, and a skincare kit. According to the studio, most acne clients get their breakouts settled in about three to six months, with no prescription drugs needed.

The buccal and sculpting massage is a 90-minute session that includes red light therapy, a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and a custom mask, and a version with LED light therapy is listed at $255. The studio says it is one of the few dedicated buccal massage providers in Round Rock and north Austin, and that buccal massage may help with jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, clenching and facial puffiness. Nano-channeling is a single 45-minute treatment, listed at $275, that creates microscopic channels in the skin to help active ingredients penetrate; it requires pigment control products for 4 to 6 weeks beforehand. Chemical peels are offered for hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and fine lines and wrinkles, and need a consultation before booking.

Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are charged to the card on file, and a late arrival that leaves too little appointment time is treated as a late cancellation. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to leave pets, children and guests at home unless discussed beforehand. Listed prices include gratuity and are starting prices. Services are final sale, though unopened products in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. Gift cards start at $25 and expire two years after purchase.
