The menu is organized into color, hair, kids, makeup, a Master Class, styling and treatments. Color work ranges from a gloss toner that lasts four to six weeks to partial and full balayage, color blocking, double process, and a color transformation that is meant to correct earlier color work and is booked after a conversation. Hair services include clipper cuts for men and women, pixie and scissor cuts, haircuts, blowouts with three length options, updos, and a silk press. Curly hair has its own range, from wash-and-go and curly cuts to a longer curly experience that includes a consultation, steamed treatments and a style lesson.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may need to be canceled. Each person may bring one guest. Gift cards are available, and Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The Master Class requires a $260 deposit.

Everyone is welcome at the studio, and the work is built around clients feeling comfortable and informed at each step.
