The business is run by Alexandra and works from two studios. The New York studio is on East 59th Street, between Lexington and Park Avenues, on the second floor, and is close to several subway lines including the 4, 5, 6, F, M, E, N, R, W and Q. The second studio is at Commercial Avenue in Highland, New York.

It includes balayage, highlights, single process and double process color, double process blonde, glosses, color correction and color pigment removal, along with INOA ammonia-free hair color. Specialty color services, INOA included, begin with an in-person consultation and a deposit paid before the appointment. Color-only appointments do not include a blow dry, so clients who want one add an After Color Blow dry to their color service.

Beyond color, the menu includes keratin bond and tape-in extensions, haircuts, blonde gloss, and blowouts with styling. Treatments include Olaplex, which is described as a treatment that links broken bonds in hair during or after chemical services, as well as K18, keratin, Brazilian Blowout and a chelating treatment for hard water removal.

Appointments are booked through the website. Listed hours run across most of the week, with no Tuesday hours shown.
