The salon is located at Suite 4 on CR-218 in Middleburg. It is run by owner and stylist Alexandra Beville, and appointments are booked through GlossGenius. Business hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with Sundays and Mondays closed.

Color is the core of the menu. Options range from partial and full blonding to single custom color, double process color, root retouches, and multi-technique color with highlights and lowlights. Full blonding can combine traditional highlights, teasylights, balayage, and open air painting. Partial blonding concentrates on face-framing pieces and the top sections, and a Mini Highlight service uses up to 12 foils, focused on the face-framing areas. Gloss, toning, and quick root refreshes are available between full color appointments.

For hair that has been colored at home or by a previous stylist and needs correcting, the salon offers a Color Correcting service. It includes a color remover, a trim or cut, and a blowdry and style, and is priced at $80 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Malibu CPR is offered for removing up to three levels of unwanted pigment from oxidized color without shifting the natural base. Repair add-ons such as Olaplex and Redken treatments, and a bond building treatment for after chemical services, can be added to color appointments.

Other services include haircuts, wash and style, dry cuts for clients arriving with clean dry hair, perms, and a Keratin Complex smoothing treatment with results the salon says last up to five months. Deposits are required for most services and are non-refundable, though they can be applied to a future appointment with 24 hours notice. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and clients who miss an appointment without calling must pay for it in full before rebooking. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Each service is priced and timed on its own, so color and blonding appointments are booked with the length of the process in mind. Repair treatments are offered as add-ons to color and perm work rather than as separate visits.
