Training runs through a set of programs, each with a stated clock-hour requirement. The cosmetology and barbering programs are 1,200 clock hours each and lead to a Florida state board exam for a license. The school is affiliated with the Florida Association of Beauty Professionals to help students move through licensing. Facial specialist training is 300 clock hours, the full specialist program is 600 clock hours and adds nail care and artificial nail enhancements to skin care, and nail technology is 240 clock hours. Massage therapy is 600 clock hours and results in a diploma, covering anatomy and physiology, massage theory, hydrotherapy, Florida laws and regulations, and business skills.

Students perform the salon services under the guidance of instructors who are professionally licensed through the Florida DBPR. The student salon is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and closed on weekends. Appointments are booked by phone. The school says its student services are offered at a lower price than regular salon services.

Students can enroll full-time or part-time, and most programs run both day and evening sections; massage therapy offers part-time evening classes. A new intake begins every four weeks. Applicants who qualify may apply for Federal Student Aid funding. The school holds approval to receive Veterans Education benefits and Veterans Training Assistance Benefits, and it accepts pre-paid college funding. Job placement help is available before graduation.
