Birmingham is open Monday through Saturday with extended evening hours on several weekdays, and Royal Oak keeps a similar schedule with a later start on Mondays. Both are closed on Sundays.

Haircuts are offered for women, men and children ages 10 and under. Styling options include blow dries, luxury blow dries with iron work or curls, and event styling or up-dos for weddings and other special occasions; wedding services are described on a separate events page. Color services cover base color, highlights, balayage, corrective color and men's color. A blow dry is included with color services, and color pricing depends on hair density, length, product, toning and the shade needed.

Extensions are available through several methods, including Combline, I-Tips, K-Tips, Mesh Mastery, Tape-Ins and Wefts, and are priced by consultation. The consultation looks at hair health, density, color, lifestyle and budget, and the final price depends on length, color match, extension type and quantity. The salon uses Bellami, Beauty Works and Kovi extensions. The Birmingham beauty bar offers eyebrow tinting, shaping and lamination, eyelash lifts with or without tint, facial waxing and make-up services; make-up is available only at that location.

Stylist pricing follows a level system from 1 to 7 that reflects training, practical experience and client demand. The salon says it invests in ongoing education, including advanced classes, academies, brand education and in-salon collaboration between stylists. It describes itself as award-winning and says L'Oréal Professionnel named it a Top 100 Salon in the U.S. in 2022. Appointment changes need to be made by phone or through online booking rather than email or messaging. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged up to half the service cost, and no-shows up to the full cost. The salon may ask for a credit card to book future appointments. Services are not refunded, though concerns raised within 14 days of a visit are reviewed. Clients are enrolled in the reward points program automatically, with points earned on services and retail purchases and redeemable only for services and products.
