Visits begin with a consultation. The studio uses Lash Atlas, an AI-assisted app, to analyze eye shape, facial features and natural lashes, and each set is then custom-designed around the client's eye shape, daily life and desired look. Styles range from Micro and Classic full sets to Angel, Anime and Volume/Wet sets, with bottom extensions also available. Fills are scheduled by timing: 5 to 7 days, 8 to 14 days, or 15 to 21 days after a previous appointment, depending on how many extensions remain.

The Bridal Lash Package is a planned program over five months. It includes an AI-assisted consultation with facial and eye-shape analysis, three custom lash designs, three trial full sets, three removals and one bridal full set. The package requires a $350 deposit, with half due when the initial consultation is booked and the balance paid at that appointment.

The studio also runs a 2-day, one-on-one lash training and certification program for $999, held on weekends. It covers Classic, Hybrid and Volume extensions, Korean Lash Lift and Tint, eye health, sanitation, lash mapping, application, consultations, aftercare, pricing, marketing and booking systems, and ends with a Certificate of Completion. Training requires a non-refundable $500 deposit.

Policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, no-shows are charged the full service fee, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals before a $20 late fee. Remaining balances are paid in person by cash, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo; cards are not accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Each set is designed around the client's eye shape, lifestyle and goals, with every individual extension handcrafted by the founder.
