The holistic facials run 60 or 90 minutes and include steam, a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask, a neck and shoulder massage, and product application. The Supernatural Facial is described as an evolution of the Superfood Facial, with sculpting techniques added. It includes aromatherapy, a chest sweep, sculpting massage with Marma point therapy, and a Koshi chime closing. The 90-minute version adds extended sculpting massage and a Gua Sha or facial cupping ritual.

The salon recommends holistic facials every three to five weeks and HydraFacial treatments every six to eight weeks. HydraFacial options range from the 30-minute PURIFY to the 90-minute IMMORTALITY, which includes a corrective serum, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, and ISUN Ormus spray. Corrective serums and a 30% peel are also available as HydraFacial add-ons.

Massage choices include Relax, Therapeutic, Alchemie Custom, Recover (made with ISUN medicinal hemp herbal oil), and Eco Mama prenatal massage, offered past the first trimester. Each is available in 50- or 80-minute sessions. Enhancements such as Aura Stone Gua Sha, hot river stones, therapeutic cupping, and a stimulating scalp treatment can be added for a fixed price.

Booking requires a credit card to hold the appointment, which is charged after the service rather than at booking. Changes made 24 hours or more ahead are free, while late changes and no-shows are charged half the service cost, and same-day appointments cannot be changed. Guests can park free in the underground structure at 2000 Main St., with parking validation for up to four hours.

The salon works with a holistic approach, pairing its facials with organic and conscious product lines and recommending a regular schedule of treatments.
