The color menu runs from gloss and base color touch-ups to custom highlighting and a full custom color service that covers the whole range from blonde to dark.

Most services follow a similar routine. A consultation comes first, then the service itself, with a steam towel, head massage and blowout or styling to finish. The Transformational Cut and Full Custom Color add more planning time, and the Full Custom Color can include an optional maintenance plan.

For color, Partial Custom Color uses highlights or lowlights placed where the sun would naturally lighten hair. Base Color Retouch handles root touch-ups and gray coverage. Lived-in Color Refresh is meant for clients who already have a full or partial custom color and want to keep its dimension and shine, and it includes a mini foil, gloss, a face frame trim and a blowout.

Haircuts cover several lengths and needs. Custom Short Haircuts are precision cuts above the ears, including pixies and clipper cuts. Custom Long Haircuts include a consultation and a blowout. The Transformational Cut allows extra time for planning and ends with a blowout or styling and guidance for styling at home.

Event Style covers updos, half-up styles and similar looks for occasions. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and any hair ornaments they want included. Appointments are booked on the salon's schedule, which is open Tuesday through Saturday with hours that vary by day and closed on Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours of notice; later cancellations are charged a 50% fee.

Most services begin with a consultation and finish with a steam towel, head massage and blowout.
