The menu centers on knotless and boho braids, with box braids, tribal braids and twists alongside them. Sizes run from large to extra small, and prices rise as the braids get smaller. Hair is included for knotless and boho services only, and knotless braids are not weightless, so longer lengths and extra fullness add weight. Options include a medium bora boho using four bundles of human hair with wash and blow dry included, and a miracle knot style that comes with or without hair. Without hair included, the braider can supply hair for an extra $150 if it is requested when booking.

Length add-ons, from about $55 to $80, let clients choose waist, mid-thigh or lower-butt length for knotless or boho braids. Crochet installs, soft locs, loc retwists, men's cornrows and plaits, and a range of hair colors are also offered. Hair should be clean and blown out before the appointment unless a prep service is booked.

Policies are firm. A non-refundable deposit secures each appointment, no-shows are charged 25% of the scheduled price, and booking errors or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds or free redos. Changes must be confirmed before the appointment and may need extra fees or rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Wednesday evening, Thursday evening, and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

Appointments are planned with deposits and clear booking terms, and the salon accepts serious bookings only.
