The menu is organised around hair care and styling. Silk presses come in several versions, from a basic option to versions that include detangling, a deep conditioning steam, clip-in extensions or a tape-in extension service. Clip-in extensions can be added to a silk press, and luxury clip-in packages with hair included are offered in 14, 16 and 18 inch lengths. Sew-in services include a full takedown that excludes individual braids and locs, and a refresh that includes deep cleansing.

Relaxer, natural hair and protective style services are also on the menu. Options range from relaxers for short hair and retouches to a smooth and sleek relaxer for natural, untreated hair. Protective style preparation can include a blow dry, a treatment blow dry or detangling, and natural two strand twists are available as a standalone service. Short styles, women's cuts and trims, hair colour touch-ups and a short-hair blonde service round out the list, along with strip lash application.

Personal glamour services sit alongside the hair menu. Personal styling is built around each client's own look for everyday and special occasions, and personal shopping means the stylist helps a client put together a wardrobe for any occasion. Destination bridal services are offered as well. A consultation is available for $25, and clients are asked to bring pictures.

Clients are seen one-on-one in a private setting. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and closed on Sunday and Wednesday. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged, while later cancellations and no-shows carry a percentage of the service price as a fee. Changes in extreme circumstances should be made by phone rather than by text through the StyleSeat app.

Each client is served one-on-one in a private setting, with silk press work and personal styling at the centre of the offering.
