Appointments run seven days a week from 10am to 7pm, and the studio works as a solo practice, so every client is seen one-on-one with no other guests present.

Permanent makeup is the core of the business. Microblading is offered case by case to new clients with approval required, while powder brows, nano brows and combo nano brows are offered more widely. Nano brows place ultra-fine hair strokes with a digital machine, and the combo pairs nano strokes at the brow front with powder shading through the body and tail. A 30-minute consultation covers shape, color, technique and expectations. Color is matched to the client's skin tone and natural brow color, and touch-up pricing depends on how long it has been since the previous treatment.

Lash services use a UV light-cured adhesive for extensions in classic, hybrid, wet, volume, light volume and specialty styles, and regular adhesive is also available. The menu also includes lash lifts, including a Korean lift and a mirror lift that treats top and bottom lashes, lash tints, fills and removal. Brow services outside permanent makeup include shaping, henna brows, airbrushed tint, lamination and a lamination bundle. Emergency brow tattoo removal is offered only within 24 to 48 hours of getting brows done.

To book, a deposit or prepayment secures the appointment, and required forms and pre-appointment instructions are sent afterward. Bookings and deposits are non-refundable, and the cancellation and rescheduling terms are published on the studio's policies page. Payment can be made by cash, Zelle or major credit cards, or through Afterpay financing.

Treatments are tailored to each client's features, skin and natural coloring. The studio says client safety is its top priority, and its lash work is designed around protecting natural lash health.

Appointments are private and one-on-one, with no other guests present.
