LED light therapy is available alone or added to any facial, and the Celluma LED facial combines a 75-minute treatment with 30 minutes of light. Celluma is not offered to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have seizures or epilepsy, take cortisone or steroid injections, or take photosensitive drugs. According to the site, LED light therapy is used for acne, rosacea, scarring and sun damage.

Hair and scalp visits begin with a consultation and scalp analysis using a Tricho-derm profiler and a digital scalp microscope. Head spa programs address dry, itchy or oily scalp, clogged follicles, irritation, thin hair and hair loss. Head spa sessions take place in a private room with ergonomic recliners that extend to a flatbed, and they can be booked alone or with a blow dry added.

Waxing covers facial and body hair, with individual areas and full-body packages. For waxing, hair should be about one-quarter inch long, and for sugaring about one-sixteenth inch; shaving between appointments is not advised. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure for 24 hours before and after waxing. Threading is also offered for brows, lips, cheeks, neck, jaw line, sideburns and full face.

The business is open Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and closed Tuesday. Sunday visits are by appointment only. Bookings are made by calling or texting 925-557-8370 or by emailing ajuthespa@gmail.com.
