New guests can request a complimentary consultation through the new guest form, which asks about hair goals, guest status, how they found the salon, and availability. Each appointment is shaped around the guest's personality, lifestyle, and hair health, with ideas talked through together. Pricing is all-inclusive per appointment rather than a la carte. Appointments on Thursday and Friday in the morning or mid-day receive a $25 discount. Appointments outside listed hours may be possible at overtime pricing of $150 per hour.

Signature Lived-In Blonding comes in three sizes: Mini at 3 hours for $375, Mid at 3.5 hours for $410, and Max at 4 hours for $475. Each visit includes a consultation, hair analysis, color balancing, tonal finishing, a custom treatment, and a cut, blowout, and styling. Maintenance is typically every 10 to 16 weeks, with a tone refresh and treatment appointment every 6 weeks in between. Signature Curl Craft Color comes in Mini at 3 hours for $375, Mid at 3.5 hours for $450, and Max at 4.5 hours for $500. It starts with a color and curl consultation and includes hair analysis, color balancing, tonal finishing, a custom treatment, and a cut with curly styling. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair in its natural state. Maintenance is typically every 10 to 12 weeks, with a toner refresh and cut every 6 weeks.

Clients are shown how to care for and maintain their color, and styling tutorial sessions and private education mentorship are offered. Color or cut concerns reported within 7 days of a visit are adjusted at no additional charge, while a completely new look is booked at full price. Appointments require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, with one free emergency cancellation per client per year. Later cancellations carry a rescheduling fee of 50 percent of services. Retail purchases can be exchanged for full credit within 30 days.

Pricing is kept straightforward, and clients are told honestly what results are and are not possible. Clients also learn how to care for their color between visits.
