Visits are by appointment only. Booking requires a $25 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the total cost of the service, and the business asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Friday through Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Tuesday through Thursday 4:30 to 7 PM.

Before a spray tan, clients are asked to exfoliate with a coarse body scrub 48 and 24 hours ahead, skip showering for six hours beforehand, and avoid lotion, makeup and deodorant that day. Disposable undergarments are provided. Mobile tans start at $95 within 5 miles of the Polaris area salon, with a distance-based travel fee for appointments beyond that. Minors need a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID and consent.

Piercings are done with sterile, single-use equipment and single-use sterile cartridges rather than a piercing gun or needles. Each piercing visit includes a personalized consultation covering earring selection through aftercare, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required. The business describes its piercing as a luxury experience and says its jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe.

Spray tans are built around each client's skin tone, using DHA-free solutions, and piercings use sterile, single-use equipment with no gun.
