The student clinic offers facial treatments, nail services and waxing and other esthetic services. Clinic services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed instructors. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through the Clinic Services tab. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to finish paperwork, and to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations, since late cancellations and no-shows may carry a fee. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or through digital options including Zelle, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sales and services are final and refunds are not provided.
The Nail Technology Program is 300 hours and is held Monday through Friday, either full-time from 9am to 6pm over 9 weeks or part-time from 4pm to 8:30pm over 14 weeks. It prepares students for the North Carolina State Board Nail Technician Licensing Exam and includes hands-on work with real clients and business training. The Esthetics Program is 600 hours, also Monday through Friday, either full-time from 9am to 4:30pm over 18 weeks or part-time from 4pm to 9pm over 26 weeks. It prepares students for the North Carolina State Board Esthetician Licensing Exam. Both programs list tuition from $4,100 for nails and $8,300 for esthetics, include a student kit and books where noted, and offer payment plans and promotions. The Esthetics Program includes online hours as an add-on. The school also offers a Dual License Program, which it describes as two licenses in one program. Prospective students can book a 30-minute Manicure Tour or an Esthetics Tour through the website.
Training is built around supervised hands-on practice with real clients, alongside business training for students heading into the field.
The school describes its facility as new, and the clinic is a working training space where students perform services under instructor supervision.
