New clients book a curly cut, a dry cut shaped to each curl type, with the hair then washed, styled and diffused. Returning clients can choose a full curly cut with wash and style, a shorter dry-only express cut, or a curly styling session where Alex H. guides product use and helps with styling at home. For a curly cut, hair should arrive dry, curly and down, not tied up or pulled into tension styles. Matted or heavily tangled hair may need extra time or rescheduling.

Color services include dimensional color, which adds brightness to dark hair or depth to light hair through lightening or lowlights, with gloss or toner and a blow dry included. Root touch-ups cover grey on up to two inches of regrowth and are added to any foil service. A curly blow-dry is offered free with color visits that don't include a cut.

The studio also offers education for stylists: one-on-one full-day shadowing tailored to each student, a four-day shadowing package that can be spread out or taken as an intensive week, and private group classes for salons or groups, arranged by inquiry. The business has also announced plans for in-person curly haircutting classes at Warehouse Beauty Lounge in Oswego. Details on education are available by email.
