A visit starts with booking online through the Book Now button, where you choose a service and an open time. Before each appointment there is a consultation to agree on the style, size and length. Loc and twist services include their own consultation covering details such as loc stage, desired look, twist size and color. Appointment lengths vary with the hairstyle, hair length and braid size, and an estimated time is shown when you book. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully detangled hair unless the chosen service includes preparation, and to confirm any extension hair in advance for twist and crochet styles. If you want to change your style after booking, it is best to ask as early as possible, since changes may affect time, availability or price.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hair requirements differ by style, so checking the service details or contacting the salon before your appointment is recommended.
