The hair menu covers a wide range: feed-in and jumbo box braids, quick weaves, braid-less sew-ins, basic sew-ins with lace closures or lace frontals, crochet styles, custom wigs, wig installs, micro links and fusion extensions. Styling options include diva and wand curls, a natural hair flatiron, short hair styles, updos and dread retwists, and there are relaxer services, including virgin relaxers and touch-ups for new growth. Several of the longer or more involved services, such as micro links, fusion extensions, custom wigs and crochet styles, require a consultation first, and a free consultation can be booked for color.
Beyond hair, the salon offers eyebrow arches with a razor, brow shaping with makeup, eyebrow and eye shadow makeup, chin and brow waxing, and eyelash extensions ranging from individual cluster lashes to faux mink sets and touch-ups. Clients using the wand or diva curl services are asked to arrive with clean hair, or to book a shampoo and conditioning with the appointment.
Membership tiers are offered alongside the services. Premier membership provides members-only services, with grooming priced separately from the membership fee. Elite membership is $25 per month and includes first access to openings and a complimentary beverage, and the same page lists a $25 walk-in fee for non-members. Platinum membership is $35 per month and includes scheduled barber access, recurring availability, a beverage, business center access, Wi-Fi, a personal digital notebook, and office space with a printer, subject to member appointment days. Diamond membership is $60 per month and adds beverage center access, a meeting room for up to three non-members, and after-hours space booking subject to availability and the host.
