A visit usually starts with an initial consultation, where the team learns what the client wants and builds an aesthetic plan around those goals. Clients hear the cost and expected duration of a treatment during that consultation. Body contouring and CoolSculpting require a consultation before booking, and consultations can include both the aesthetician and the nurse injector to plan treatment and quote costs.
Facials and laser work on the face are recommended before filler or Botox, and clients wait at least two weeks after injections before a facial. Most fillers are hyaluronic acid-based and can be dissolved in the office if a client wants that. Clarity II, Morpheus8 and SkinPen are among the energy-based and microneedling options, and several treatments need a series of sessions for full results.
Memberships come in three tiers: Gold at $50, Platinum at $100 and Diamond at $150 per month, billed on the first of each month for 12 months. Each gives a percentage off spa treatments and IMAGE Skincare products, plus one discounted treatment per person per year at signup. Membership discounts do not cover Botox, Dysport, filler, microblading or treatment packages. Unused membership funds carry forward toward future purchases, and a membership can be canceled after one year. Booking requires a card on file, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $75 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. Appointments cannot be canceled online, so clients call if they cannot attend. Saturday and Sunday visits are by appointment only, and financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.
