A topical numbing cream is available and should be applied an hour before the visit. Electrolysis is open to clients of all genders, and the studio describes itself as transgender-friendly. Clients under 18 need parental consent. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and changes made after that window are charged the full service fee. Cancellations made later on the same day are charged half the service amount. Late arrivals do not receive extra time, so the treatment covers only the remainder of the appointment and the full fee still applies.
