Laser hair removal is the core of the business and is offered as single sessions, six-session packages and monthly memberships. The salon uses an Alma Soprano ICE Platinum device, which cools the skin with each pulse and uses wavelengths matched to skin tone. The salon states the laser is safe across skin tones I through VI, including melanin-rich skin, and says it has delivered more than 3,127 laser sessions. Each laser client sees the same specialist for every session. Individual areas are priced per session and are paid in full, and the salon notes that about six sessions per area are typically needed to finish a course.

The first step is a free evaluation, which does not require a card to book. During it, the salon says whether laser is a good fit; if it is not, the client is told so at no cost. Clients whose hormonal hair may need a longer plan are told about maintenance at that point. The salon states that laser does not work well on blonde, gray or white hair and says so up front rather than selling sessions. During a laser plan, clients may shave but should not wax or tweeze. The salon describes laser as offering long-lasting hair reduction, with individual results varying, and says underarm sessions take about 10 minutes while brazilian sessions take a little longer. It also says most clients notice hair growing back finer and slower by session two or three.

For regular laser clients, the Piel Suave membership is $173 per month with no contract and no enrollment fee. It bundles underarms, upper lip and brazilian, one session of each per month with the same specialist, and runs about 8 to 9 months, with one yearly touch-up included after finishing treatment. A build-your-own membership lets clients choose at least two zones, with zone prices starting at $39 per month. Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time, and progress is kept during a pause.

The salon says it would rather tell a client that laser is not the right fit than sell sessions it does not expect to help with. Laser clients keep the same specialist throughout their sessions.
