The facial menu runs from a quick 45-minute refresh to longer custom treatments. The Classic Glow Getter Facial, starting at $115, is the business's signature facial. Brazilian wax packages of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 prepaid waxes are offered at 20% off. Bathroom access and wipes are available on arrival for waxing clients, and waxing clients must be at least 16 years old.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow lamination, a gel brow stain, a combined brow lamination, stain and wax treatment, lash tinting, lash extension removal and the Korean Lash Lift, a keratin-based lift for natural lashes with no extensions that the business says lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Booking requires a credit or debit card to hold the slot and for no-show protection, with no deposit required. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee, while cash avoids it, and Zelle, Cash App and Venmo are not accepted. Appointments have a 5-minute grace period, and a $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes.

Facials are matched to a concern such as breakouts, pigmentation or early signs of aging, and several treatments include aftercare products.
