The menu covers braiding and cornrows, hair braiding, twists and updo twist styling, and roller sets for natural hair. For locs there is styling, interlocking with a tool-based locking method, maintenance, a chemical-free detox soak, custom loc coloring and a customized scent for locs. Other offerings include color, cuts and trims with trendy styles and small dusting trims, custom sew-in installs, and conditioning and hot oil treatments. Shampoo options include detox and exfoliating choices.

Reserving a booking requires a $50 deposit per appointment. That amount is credited toward the service price, but it's kept if the booking is cancelled. Changes made more than three days ahead let clients move their appointment without losing the deposit. Payment goes through the booking site, gift cards can be purchased, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing covers appointments priced between $50 and $4,000, pending approval before the visit.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. A Locs Styling Workshop runs for about two hours as a hands-on class covering loc styling and home maintenance.
