The school focuses only on skincare and esthetics and does not teach hair or nail services.

There are two main programs. The Masters Esthetics program is for beginners with no previous esthetics experience and follows a hybrid format: the first seven weeks are online on-demand classes, followed by in-house hands-on training. It is competency-based, so students can work through in-house training at their own pace within the syllabus timeline, and it can be completed in four to five months. The Advanced Esthetics program is for currently licensed Oregon estheticians and requires 500 total clock hours, 225 online and 275 in person. Full-time students typically finish in about four months and part-time students in about six. Classes start roughly every two months, and the school also offers continuing education courses for graduates who need them to keep an Oregon license current.

Clients visit the spa for facial, skincare, waxing, lash and brow, and medical spa services. Services are performed by student estheticians who have completed a large part of their training and have been approved by instructors to work with clients, and availability depends on student progress. Advanced services include a complimentary skin consultation, and discounts are available when booking a series of three or six of the same service; the Clinic Coordinator can share the details. The online waitlist is first come, first served, and clients have one hour to confirm an open appointment. Gratuities are optional and accepted in cash only. Clients should arrive a few minutes early, complete forms before treatment, and silence phones, since phone use is not allowed during treatment. Free parking is available next to the building on SE 23rd Avenue.

The school states that its program prices cover all of the services, skills and modalities listed for each course, with no add-on or supplemental fees, though it also says its programs are not the least expensive in the area. Several tuition payment options are offered, including in-house financing with different repayment terms, and scholarships are available. Graduates can receive discounts on the equipment and technology lines taught at the school and can buy many of the professional product lines used there at cost or at a discount.

Combines the Pivot Point international curriculum with in-house theory and practical training, moving students from online theory into supervised hands-on work. The school says its programs are designed to be small, individualized and hands-on.
