A visit starts with a conversation. The esthetician looks at each client's skin and asks about their concerns before any service, then builds a customized plan. Treatments use professional-grade products, and the business follows New Jersey state board guidelines.

The menu runs from a 40-minute back facial and a 50-minute classic facial suited to first-time clients, through purifying, oxygen, vitamin C and microcurrent facials, to a 30-minute back peel and a range of chemical peels. The Intro Chemical Peel is the first peel for new clients, and at this location every client begins chemical peels with it, even if they have had a peel elsewhere. Level II and III peels involve visible peeling and flaking and are best done as a series. The Micro Peel combines microdermabrasion with a targeted peel and can only be booked after both have been done separately.

Facials are most often booked every four weeks or so, and packages of six facials or peels are offered. According to the business, package pricing saves more than 15 percent per service. The Bridal Package includes six services, up to four chemical peels, a custom 80-minute pre-wedding facial, three add-ons and a customized home care routine. It can be paid in two payments of $550. Gift cards are also available in set amounts or a custom amount.

Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and are charged a $50 fee. Clients are asked to stop chemical exfoliants, acids and retinol three days before a service, and to tell the business if they are under a dermatologist's care. Facials are not recommended on the day of an event, and makeup is not recommended directly after a service.

Each client's skin is analyzed and their concerns are heard before treatment, so the plan can be customized from the start.
