The spa's stated goal is for clients to leave looking rested, glowing and like themselves, with changes that are soft and in proportion. It says it pairs individual attention with newer technology. Facial options include Oxygen, Acne, Hydrafacial, MD Facial and Photofacial. The skin rejuvenation menu adds chemical peels, meso facials, exosome, plasma and salmon DNA facials, with the plasma facial using platelet rich plasma drawn from the client's own blood.

Body contouring is organized around multi-session programs. Instaslim is a six-week plan, the Cellulite Program runs over six to eight weeks, and the Beflie Program is a three-step non-invasive vacuum therapy for the gluteal area. Detox wraps and massage options such as hot stone, lymphatic, wood therapy and post operative massage round out the menu. The 6-Week Weight Loss Program begins with a one-on-one consultation, and the spa says participants using Semaglutide can lose 10 to 20 pounds.

Monthly memberships come in three tiers, Essential, Premium and Elite, each including a set number of treatments per month. Consultations are by appointment and can be booked through the website. The spa is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and closed on weekends. All sales are final, with no refunds on services, packages, memberships, promotions or products. Store credit is issued only at management's discretion and must be used within 30 days. Missed appointments and late cancellations are non-refundable.
