Aesthetic Studios Salon Suites

Aesthetic Studios Salon Suites leases private salon suites to beauty professionals who are working for themselves. The business describes its suites as premium and designed for people going independent.

Leases are charged weekly with flexible terms. Each suite is private, includes utilities and has 24/7 access. Tenants can decorate their suite and mount their own TV and mirror, and each tenant manages their own bookings, services and availability.

The building has a welcoming lobby for clients and a break room with snacks for tenants and guests. Tenants can join networking and community events as well as exclusive events, and may receive social media spotlights, a feature on the business website and referral opportunities.

Tenants currently listed offer Brazilian and full-body waxing, professional and intimate waxing, brow lamination, tinting and shaping, customized spray tans, skincare, and nail and lash services tailored to each client's style. Massage therapy focused on relaxation is also available, with Swedish massage and myofascial release among the specialties. Photography sessions are listed as well: editorial sessions from $950, love story sessions from $875 and travel sessions by custom quote, with prices shown as starting points.

Each professional runs their own business from a private suite, managing their own bookings, services and availability.

A welcoming lobby and a snack-stocked break room serve both tenants and guests.
