Women's haircuts include a shampoo, the cut and a blow out, and the price depends on the amount of hair, the time needed and how difficult the cut is. The salon does not cut boys', men's or pixie cuts. Sunday appointments are available by request, with a one-time fee added if the booking is accepted.

Clients who need to change plans are asked to contact the salon at least 7 days ahead. Service deposits run from $25 to $75 depending on the service and are forfeited for changes made less than 72 hours before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
