Stephanie Phillips and Ryan Phillips run it together as nurse practitioners, and between them they have a combined thirty years of clinical work, with nearly twenty of those years in aesthetics. According to the salon, its service is upscale and tailored to each client.

Kybella is also used off label on areas such as the under chin, jowls, abdomen and bra fat areas. Neurotoxin is listed for temporarily relaxing facial muscles, lip flips, gummy smile and nose lifting, and also for chronic migraines, teeth grinding, excessive sweating and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Neurotoxin does not correct lines that have already become permanent; the salon says routine treatment helps keep new lines from setting in. Clients are asked to avoid certain NSAID pain relievers and alcohol before treatment, and patients in active chemotherapy or radiation are not treated until six months after remission.

The laser menu includes PicoWay Resolve, eMatrix, Fraxel and IPL options, CO2 laser, vein removal, laser hair removal and tattoo removal, and the salon operates a Candela Center of Excellence. Laser hair removal can be booked as single sessions, 8-session packages or touch-up packages, and the salon recommends at least eight treatments on any area. Tattoo removal is available as single sessions or unlimited packages, and Frozen C cryotherapy can be added to reduce discomfort and shorten healing. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a customized deep cleansing facial with extractions and massage, and also includes Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, teen and men's facials and FrozenC acne facials. Facials are recommended about every 28 days, the length of the skin cell turnover cycle.

The salon sells bioTE supplements and skincare for purchase. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures consultations and appointments, financing is offered, and the free AE Mobile App handles booking, rewards, shopping and messaging with the salon.

The salon says it recommends only procedures the co-owners believe in and would have done for themselves, and that it tells clients plainly whether a treatment is right or not right for them. The co-owners work closely with each client on their specific goals and explain each step of the treatment process.

The salon describes its client experience as upscale and custom-tailored.
