The studio says it was set up to offer a more refined lash experience, one where clients leave feeling confident, cared for and seen.

The lash menu covers several styles. Classic sets use a 1:1 ratio of extensions to natural lashes and are described as the most natural option. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions, with half of the natural lashes given classics and half given 3:1 volume fans. Full volume sets use four to six handmade fans per natural lash, depending on lash health, and can be styled as wispy, cat eye, doll eye or open eye. Strip lashes are designed to resemble a typical false lash, with spikes and wisps set 2 to 3 mm longer than the base lengths. Fills are offered for each style, and lash lifts, natural or dramatic bottom lashes, and lash removal are also on the menu.

Brow services include threading, henna brows, brow lamination with or without tint, ombre brow touch-ups and ombré powder brows. Lash charms, colored lashes and a lash bath can be added to a lash visit.

Bookings are taken in advance. Many services need a $25 deposit, lash removal needs a $10 deposit, and ombré powder brows need a $200 deposit. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and is closed on weekends.
