Hair extensions are offered in several methods, including tape-ins, hand-tied fusion, tip fusion, locs, rings and beads. Extension services use premium Indian or Euro blend hair and include coloring of the client's own hair when needed, trimming and shaping of the extensions, products and care instructions. Extensions can be reused for up to a year depending on the method, and maintenance is usually booked between four weeks and three months after application, when extensions are removed and reapplied closer to the scalp.

Hair replacement covers synthetic, Cyberhair and remy human hair wigs and hair pieces for men and women with medical or genetic hair loss. Custom-fit vacuum wigs are offered for conditions such as alopecia areata, alopecia totalis, alopecia universalis and chemotherapy-related hair loss. The studio also carries the Jon Renau Toppers Collection.

The studio is a certified Micro Point Solutions location. This is a volume and density process for men and women with thinning hair. It uses no glues or chemicals, and the studio notes it is not a hair system. According to the business's materials, the process can add up to 600 hairs in an hour.

Every new inquiry starts with photos and details sent by text, with a reply promised within 24 hours. A phone chat follows to confirm whether the client is a good candidate, how much hair is needed, the budget and whether the application method suits them. Financing is available through CareCredit.
