The studio describes itself as a small boutique spa. During lash and brow appointments, clients are asked to keep their phones on silent, keep their eyes closed and wear comfortable clothing, and to keep loud laughter and noise down so the room stays calm.

Booking requires a credit card on file to hold each reservation. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time carry no fee. A missed appointment, or one cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, is charged 50% of the total service cost. Card details are kept until the appointment ends and are charged only if the policy is violated, and exceptions are reviewed case by case. Clients must be 18 or older, though 16- and 17-year-olds may attend with a parent who signs a consent form. Children are not supervised by staff during treatments, so they are not permitted.

Beyond the studio, the academy offers a Classic-Volume Lash Lift & Tint group course that includes official certification and a product kit. Other training options are a two-day private lash course, a one-day lash lift and tint class and an online customized lash class. The 3-day group course costs $1,700 in Dallas and $1,900 at other locations. The private course is $2,300, the one-day class $400 and the online class $700. Registration requires a non-refundable $500 deposit. The studio says its master trainer has taught over 2,000 students across the United States.
